eSchoolSchedule.com is an easy to use School Event Planner. It allows everyone with internet access to see up-to-date information on events. It shows details. such as locations, descriptions, date and event times for your individual school.

Does my school need to purchase any software or hardware to use eSchoolSchedule?

No, eSchoolSchedule is a completely web-based program, housed on our server. All you need is an internet-ready computer to access the site.

How much does it cost?:

eSchoolSchedule is available with two basic plans:

1. $200 a year for a single school
2. $350 a year for a High School and feeder schools (Junior High, Middle School, Elementary School)

You also can also get community sponsors to help reduce your school's cost.

Would my school have to share an Events Page with other schools?

No, each school gets it's very own site, including customization. We can outfit the your events page with your school's name, colors, logo, and picture.

Can anyone in the community change events?

No, only school administrators with the proper rights can add, edit and delete events. Your school can determine who those people will be.
