All event information is entered on this page. It has many
easy to use features. Locations can be selected with the click of a mouse.
They are pulled from your master list of locations so there is no need
for retyping. More details can be found below:
User Information:
Presents information on the user who originally entered the
data as well as the last user to modify it.
Copy Function:
The copy function allows the user to enter the same for multiple
dates. For instance, you can schedule a School Board meeting for the
first Tuesday of every month. By only entering the information once,
and then simply typing in the number of months, you can schedule the
entire year.
